To my surprise, the office staff had actually used the info I had sent earlier. I was taken well before my appointment, and within minutes, I had X-rays taken and Dr. Chan came in for an unhurried examination and conversation. I was done about the time my appointment was scheduled! The offices, equipment and staff are top notch! Impressive! Another plus is that he trained at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, the best in the world for joint replacement surgery and sports medicine.
