Cypress Creek Outpatient Surgical Center is committed to providing patients the very best surgical experience possible. CCOSC is conveniently located at the southeast corner of Cypress Creek road and NW 21 avenue in Broward County serving patients from Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Cypress Creek Surgical Center is within minutes of the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach International Airports, and adjacent to Fort Lauderdale’s Executive Airport. CCOSC is also near many popular hotels, beaches, shopping, and restaurant in the tri-county area.
Cypress Creek Surgical Center provides 16,000 square feet of space with four operating suites and one procedure room equipped with the latest technology and patient amenities. The facility was designed from the ground-up to accommodate complex procedures like outpatient hip and knee replacement with several of the operating rooms larger than similarly equipped rooms in high-level hospitals. Dr. Chan’s office is located on-site directly above the operating rooms and also has 4,500 sq ft of physical therapy space directly attached. With other ancillary services on-site including urgent care, primary care, CT scan, MRI, and orthotic / brace clinic, Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion is a true one-stop shop for comprehensive musculoskeletal care. With our campus located directly on the northern boundary of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, it is possible for a patient to fly into the facility early in the morning, have a consultation with Dr. Chan, obtain any additional imaging or testing as needed, have surgery, and even a preliminary physical therapy session before flying home that same day in the afternoon. We also offer all-inclusive self-pay packages for our out-of-town patients and have been a trusted resource for patients coming from Canada as well as the Caribbean and South America.
