I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, courtesy and service provided by Dr. Chan’s staff. Those attributes in this day and age are hard to come by. From the receptionists to the X-ray tech and other medical professionals I saw they all created a pleasant atmosphere and I felt at ease even with the severe trauma to my ankle. Everyone wore a face mask and at no point did I feel unsafe due to COVID. Dr. Chan deserves his reputation as a leader in his field.
