Dr. Daniel Chan recently performed a surgical replacement of my right hip and it was an exceptionally positive experience. Dr. Chan is personable and professional and left me with a feeling of confidence in him right from the get-go. Within two hours of the surgery I was able to walk out of the hospital with the aid of a walker and after arriving at home was able to climb a flight of stairs. Within a few days I was able to walk around the neighborhood without using a walker or a cane. The initial level of pain was marginal and disappeared after about a week leaving only a feeling of muscular sensitivity in the area of the surgery. I would strongly recommend Dr. Chan to anybody requiring a similar surgical procedure.
