My mother had a total knee replacement by Dr. Chan. She had a very distorted joint, bone on bone, with bad ligaments & weak muscles. Preop communication, surgery itself and postop communication went really great. Dr. Chan explained clearly each step of the process & everything happened as explained. The team was responsive if we had questions, instructions were clear, everything happened smothly, in timely manner, phone calls or mychart messages were answered qucikly.
